Now, give us a downgrading of mods

Sliced all the way, for sure didn't happen to get speed. Now I need to "desupgrade" and try again the same mode. Since your system is all based on pure luck (what is utterly annoying), give us this abiity to re-roll the same mods. Maybe giving 25% back on downgradind.

Alternatively you could try to upgrade mods first where speed is not the only secondary stat to be looking for. That way you'll be less disappointed in the end.

It's an interesting idea though. This way some of our "perfect" pre 3.0 mods that became mediocre mods by simply not getting the last roll on that desired stat (speed in most cases, duh) maintain their value.
I'd even say we get to chose on what secondary we want to downgrade to even further perfectionize them and work on getting the second desired secondary to a (5).
