Make good rewards for lstb phase 4 still not received

Rewards stated to start being released on the 21st, but does not state when this would be completed. Has everyone impacted already received their rewards, or is this an ongoing process?

I know my guild was impacted, but no one has received anything to date.

Any clarification would be appreciated.

Yes all the make good has been sent out that day.
