Echo’s Basic Rework??? Omega still has 0 Use

Obviously, the omega part of this ability is useless. I know the devs said that it was intended for ARC trooper to give it but they reversed this in the end and now the omega is useless as Echo in his most common teams (Full clones, Shaak or GAS) never gains critical damage up.
A simple fix for this ability would be for the attack to just have +10% critical damage or for him to gain critical damage up if he defeats an enemy for example. Simple fix for a problem which shouldn’t exist
