It's still Wednesday in the US. Theupdates revolve around the devs' time which is PDT so it's 2:32 PM or 14:32 for the rest of the world there right now
People kept saying it's Thursday so in my mind it was Thursday (I'm in Canada)
Patches were usually 5:30pm ET, so I'd guess closer to 2:30 PT.
You're right. I should amend that to 'by 7pm west coast time on thursday'.
