Finalizer Question
Hey all, just looking for some clarification.
In my Fleet shard, there are two people who are running Finalizer. One of them has it at 6*, but his Kylo Command Shuttle is only at 5*. The other has it at 7*, but his Kylo Command Shuttle is only at 6*. I was under the impression that you could not attempt General's Command Tier 4 (thus unlocking Finalizer at 4*) until all required ships were at 7*. This is the case with Raddus. *I do have Raddus unlocked, so I've been through it* So I'm just curious, has anyone encountered this before, or am I misinformed about the event requirements?
