What does "NOTE: GAC Division 1 Grand Arena participants will have 2 Fleet zones" mean? Since season 11 of GAC, it has been division 1 and division 2 have to set 2 fleets, but when they announced it they said "We have also increased the number of ship defense slots to 2 for Grand Arena Championship Divisions 1 and 2." Does this mean that there will actually be 2 ship zones? or will the 2 fleets be in the same zone? Also, will Division 2 still have to set 2 fleets?
