Starting New Account-Join Arena Shard?

I started a new account and have been sitting at level 27 for a week or so and had planned to wait another week to hopefully get a good pull in bronziums or get more gear in the stores but I'm wondering if I should try to get to level 60 in time for Moff Gideon. I've saved 1500 reg energy and 500 cantina energy and only have 600 crystals.

I think Gideon could be a very useful character to have, even at 3* but I'm not even confident I could make it to level 60 in time. Currently I'm at 185/200 XP for level 28, so all of my energy wouldn't even get me 10 levels, but the daily activities reward 720 XP. Does the marquee event run for 48 hours? That'd allow me to get daily activity rewards x3. That and some reg energy refreshes and energy refreshing once I use it all...

Think I can get to level 60 and is it worth trying?

You can't get level 60 in 3 days, probably not even with 800s refreshes.
