IG-11 and Kuiil in Shipments?

Hey peeps

Weren't IG-11 and Kuiil supposed to be added to Shipments?
I'm yet to see them in there.

Kuiil has been added. I've bought 8 shards and 16 shards. Ig hasn't been announced that he is going to be in shipments yet
