R8 mastery increase?

What is the mastery increase for R7 to R8. Obviously 7 being 60 mastery.

I tried checking on my R7 SEE but on the upgrade window it displays as the R8 upgrade will make my mastery 60 from 45.

But then checking the character stats normally it correctly already shows it at 60 at R7.

SEE, SLKR, and Rey all have 15 base mastery at level 1, unrelated to their relics. Because of this, they each have 75 mastery at relic 8. The relic upgrade area only shows the stats that you actually get from the relic.
