Did they nerf HSTR top rewards?(question)

In the last 10 HSTR i ended up just in top5 with 1 exception and most of them i finished on 1st,with all that i did not get a fully crafted g12+ piece in any of them,am i having bad luck or is there a lower chance to get the crafted piece,before i was taking one each 3 or 4 runs also sometime if i were really lucky i would get a full one and half of one in salvage.
