I’ve collected all the requirements for relic 8 but it will not let me upgrade. Anyone else have this problem?

Are you sure you have the piece that you scavenge with mk12 multitools, mk12 bayonets, or mk12 medpacs?

You probably didn't collect all and simply forget moving the bar to see all needs.

It s the resolution of your screen on your phone which hides the required items on the right.
Scroll to the right in the list of required items if you can

That’s it. It was hidden
