Why is it, that I get literally the same 5M reward all the time for like a year or so ? I mean better than 2.5M but it could be better as well.

I can assure you that over a year you have gotten different rewards. There is a higher probability of certain levels of rewards, but if you track your rewards you will see other things land, even if you do not remember.

Kyno is right I got 3m last time, but I have also gotten 10m from tier 3 so max rewards do happen occasionally.
