Hi,

Any chance of making clear x territories remember how many you have cleared if you complete the feat mid GAC? I needed 1 for the feat, cleared 4, now at 0 instead of 3, just feels like this should accumulate.

Unfortunately, no. You have to remember to go and claim it before beating more territories.
