With Grandmaster Yoda's quest, do you need to complete all of the stages first before you can unlock him or can you just unlock him once you get the 145 after stage 5?
yes this is correct. the last 2 tiers are to bring him up to 6 and 7 stars.
Ok cool thanks I was just trying to make sure before I started to worry about bringing my Jedi immediately up to 7* so I could do the last few quests in quick succession but now I know that I don't need to worry.

And you only need to have 5 jedi at 7* to get him all the way. What jedi are you using?
