Sorting Character by relic level

This post is proposed for CG to improve character sorting... it will be helpful if we could sort characters by relic level because gear level is no more relevant when relics are configured...

Or they could just make it so that when you sort by gear tier, it uses relics as a tie breaker for the gear 13 characters.
