G11 full gear

Why is their no way to earn or even buy full G11 gear for example like the MK 6 A/kt stun gun. I know it would be expensive its over 6k gems to craft a full piece in shop. But seems every other gear tier you have the chance to earn in raids full gear. Except here.
Seems like the HAAT would be the ideal spot for it. This raid has the worst gear by far.
I know their are lots of other Gear issues but i thought there never being even a way to whale on the full gear is a missed opportunity. Thanks
