Literally his photo is on the Gideon's leadership ability and it would free up range trooper to go back to its old place, and on top Gideon can get the buff to his ultimate and deploy a E-web in the 6th slot and just shred every non GL team.
But yeah scout trooper has been in the game since the launch and all of the assets are here, just matter of time for CG to add him to our roster.
