I noticed today that my maxed JC's heal has his cooldown one more than usual. Anyone else see this?

It was taking 3 turns today as opposed to 2. Was this a nerf? Or a bug?

Yep it's a bug. I've experienced with everyone who was a -1 cool down upgrade that I have (QGJ, GS and JC). Just force close the app and it should be back to normal. It's been a bug for months and they can't be bothered to fix it by the sound of things. I had it happen the opposite way round on my second account earlier. My GS has a 3 turn CD and throughout the whole of my GW, he had a 2 turn one. I got enough ability mats by the end of the GW and leveled to 48 so upgraded my GS to a 2 turn CD anyway.
