Data disc lider resolve doesnt add speed bonus

Lider phasma 180 speed, fastest in squad kylo ren 190 speed. Aplied data disc lider resolve 24%speed bonus. Kylo ren goes first. Please fix this.

Which Kylo - masked or unmasked?
Is Kylo getting debuffed before he or Phasma take a turn?

This speed is starting speed. Kylo ren is kylo ren. There is no char kylo ren masked in the game. Nobody is getting debuffed. The same thing is happening with palpatine and Vader. Lead Palpatine 238 speed and Vader 254.2 discs lider resolve aplied so 44% bonus speed. Vader goes first. No rebel an jedi enemies. I used some energy to check this. The bonus speed doesnt work. Maybe this data disc is not working at all but i didnt check if max Health and protection bonuses work.
They should fix this
