Fix your game CG!!!

I was doing the last tier of the SLKR event to get my 9th Ultimate Material when the game froze on me!
Why do I have to lose my tickets when CG is being negligent on fixing this issues? Now I'm afraid I'm gonna lose more of them or the game will freeze during a TB CM, SM or GAC.
It cost me 450 crystals plus all the energy generated through one full day, plus the free energy to get the 70 tickets.
I want my tickets back or at least the crystals!!
BTW, I already reported it via the in-game Help button, but haven't gotten an answer.
Ps. Now the Conquest rewards are bugged, assume the CPit changes are going to break another thing when they arrive.
