Fives calling 2 attackers?

Is this one of his leveled up abilities or a bug? The assists also seem to be at full power turning his attack into a one shot. Running into this on the march. Fives, then Lumi and Dooku at the same time.

Phasma was their leader. Fives called either lumi or dooku, and phasma's leadership called the other.

Moreover, Phasma lead can call for assist the same character as Fives did. I adore when someone calls for assist and Dooku attacks 6 times: 2 for assisting someone, 2 for Phasma lead and 2 as his normal attack since he got 100% TM after previous 4 attacks.
