GC- stacking data disks

Do all data disk effects stack? So for instance, with the deployable cooling systems, is it worth having two, so there is an increased chance of reducing CD, or is anything over 1 overkill because you'd only get the effect from one anyway.

We are told that everything stacks. I will ask on this specific one, but my guess is yes this stacks just like every other one.
