It's been stale for a while now, basically without a new jump in power level for over a year now.

Is it the same or worse and worse.... it can't really be both.

Also, try not caring for a day or 2, then come back from where ever you drop to. "Mix it up".

An ever increasing worseness will have the same marginal increase of more boring. So, yes, you can have both.
