[Bug] Asajj Ventress Rampage Ability doesn't always activate on character death

Her Rampage ability gives Asajj an offensive boost on any death.

This doesn't always happen. The words will appear but the icons do not and if the icons do not appear, the buff doesn't happen. This usually occurs when Asajj does the last hit to proc Rampage

I always see the words but never the icons.

It is due to the order that buffs are added and removed, if she is the one who does the kill shot she will receive the buffs but they will be removed immediately because her action is now over...needs to be fixed

In addition if dooku counters and stuns or ability blocks it will go away immediately because it is the end of that characters turn, making the proc on a counter worthless.

Jeez, that is really counter-intuitive and bad scripting. Her schtick is being rewarded for timing her AoE correctly such that she receives a buff and a CD reset - this bug kinda screws it up.
