Chimaera Touch-Up Idea

Just an idea I had to make the Chimaera slightly better that it currently is. Shoutout to @PigRiderStarWatcher as without his help this kit would not exist. As always, tell me what you think.

Dark Side, Capital Ship, Empire
Tactical Empire Capital Ship that shuts down enemy Capital Ships and manipulates the flow of battle.
Crew: Grand Admiral Thrawn

Calculated Strike (Basic)
Dispel all debuffs from target ally. Then target ally is called to Assist with +50% Offence.

Art of War (Special) (Cooldown: 3)
All allies recover 50% Health and gain a buff for 2 turns. These buffs can’t be Prevented.
- Attacker: Offence Up
- Support: Foresight
- Tank: Defence Up

Inflict a debuff on all enemies for 2 turns. These debuffs can’t be Evaded or Resisted.
- Attacker: Offence Down
- Support: Ability Block
- Tank: Defence Down

Phylon 07 Tractor Beam (Special) (Cooldown: 4)
Deal Special damage to all enemies and remove 35% Turn Meter from them. Inflict Speed Down for 2 turns on enemies that Resisted this attack, which can’t be Resisted.
Enemies can’t Evade, gain Buffs, or gain Bonus Turn Meter during this attack.

Strategic Dominance (Special, Crew) (Cooldown: 4)
Instantly defeat target enemy and deal damage to all remaining enemies equal to 40% of their Max Health. Dispel all debuffs on target ally and grant them 100% Health, 100% Protection, and 100% Turn Meter. Increase all cooldowns on the enemy Capital Ship by 1 (except “Call Reinforcement”). This ability starts on cooldown and can’t be Evaded.

Fierce Loyalty (Unique)
All allies have +40% Critical Damage (doubled on Empire allies) and +20% Critical Chance. When an enemy is defeated, all allies gain +20% Tenacity (stacking) until the end of battle and the Chimaera gains 35% Turn Meter.
Reinforcement Bonus: Critical Chance Up for 2 turns.
