I was looking on where to start farming my rey to gear 9... I found thay the MK X isnt even possible to obtain currently

I noticed that too. They must not have made obtainable yet

they added new gear requirements recently, some of which aren't yet obtainable. This is presumably because they'll be obtainable from guild raids. Some people pre-crafted the item before they changed the requirement to have this unobtainable item and are able to progress, most people didn't. So we're all stuck for now
