My guild is fresh 100m and we want to try LS GeoTB. Is there a guide floating around for maximizing stars at that low level? What can we reasonably expect to get?
While CCyrilS is correct, if you have some people with very developed light side teams, then you could have a chance at getting maybe one or two stars. 100m generally isn't high enough to be successful in LS geo, but bottom line is, it depends on how much frustration you're willing to go through. Also posting your guild's swgoh.gg link might help to get more accurate advice.
Assuming you have about 55 million character GP and 45 million ships GP you can score 5 stars by deploying alone. If on top of that you score 10 million from squad combat missions you can score a 6th star.
Yeah, I was thinking with deployment alone we could get some stars. We are carrying some dead weight, but also have a few heavy hitters that can win battles.

The possible rewards (currency and crates) are listed in my previous link. You can find the rewards for LS Hoth as well on the site and compare. Remember to consider the GET currency you win in special missions as well.
I assume that at your stage GET (Hoth) would be more valuable for your guild in order to purchase Malak, GAS, HY and Wampa shards than GET II (Geo) is.

I would address the "dead weight" problem first
I assume that at your stage GET (Hoth) would be more valuable for your guild in order to purchase Malak, GAS, HY and Wampa shards than GET II (Geo) is.
