Synergy: Chancellor Palpatine, shock trooper, Jesse, Gregor
Basic: shoot first: deal physical damage to target enemy and inflict marked on them for 2 turns. If shock trooper is an ally, call him to assist. heal all clone trooper allies 5% health and protection. Gain offense up for 1 turn.
Special 1: commander of the guard: cooldown 4: call all clone trooper allies to assist, grant 1 random ally 75% turn meter, and remove 75% turn meter from a random enemy.
Special 2: experienced soldier: cooldown 6: deal massive damage to target enemy, and if chancellor palpatine and shock trooper are allies, grant them 100% turn meter.
Unique: for the republic: ZETA: Fox ignores taunt and gains 1% max offense every time an enemy gains a buff. Fox gains primary target ability if the allied leader is galactic republic.
Primary target: cooldown 4: force taunt on weakest enemy for 3 turns. This taunt cannot be evaded or resisted.

But no unit has 2 Basics. Just make the second basic a special, or get rid of it and combine it with another ability, so that the kit can work.
