Please stop making repeat threads asking what it is. It is the same debuff as before, but with a fancy new icon. You will die if he hits you while you are debuffed with the "skull icon". When the stratgies for the tank challenge says to avoid or prevent "Shatterpoint", that is exactly what it is talking about.
