SLKR Tier 3 Bug

i noticed that they fixed the bug a couple hours ago, but do we get any compensation? i invested crystals for energy refreshes won the battle in tier 3, that it got softlocked at the end and lost dark side shards and didnt even get the SLKR shards.

it would be great if we can get a respond to that as soon as possible

As of right now there are no plans for compensation, but if there is, they will make a post about it.

sorry but wow, its not only me there are so many people ou there that got that problem

I got the issue nearly 1 year ago, and never got anything back, opened a ticket on EA Answer HQ didn't help and the only thing they saw, was a connection issue, yeah sure, I had to kill the application since it was frozen but anyway , congrats for acknowledging the isse 1 year later !

They are working on an announcement about this issue.
