Healing Immunity not working on Darth Sidious or Kylo Ren

After about a dozen or two matches this morning, I've noticed neither my Darth Sidious nor Kylo Ren are using Healing Immunity???? 4/3/16

This appears to be happening in the Challenges area. It does work in the Arena

I have also noticed this happening, particularly vs Boba Fett in the training droid challenge. Healing immunity is being resisted by Fett what appears to be 100% of the time.

The non-gear challenge bosses have 100% resisted healing immunity since the update dropped. Before the update, it was typical for it to stick. I don't know if this is a bug, or a purposeful change.
