JC Healing Cooldown 4 rounds?

So I had simmed pretty much everything after the 1am switch. Go in to get Yoda at 6*. And I noticed after healing with my Consular that my cooldown says 3 his next turn around. Which is weird, because it hasnt been that in months and my JC is tricked out at 70, has 7 in his Healing Ability, and half way to 7 stars.

Checked the update forums and have seen no mention of this. So Im really hoping this is a bug and not some kind of stealth patch.

Okay. So my phone wouldnt screenshot without also pausing the fight. So I shut the game down on the phone. Turned on an emulator on my PC. Go back into GW to test it out, and its back to where it should be. That was weird. It did it for multiple different encounters. Was genuinely wondering you guys up and decided to make JC a worse healer.

I have a screenshot but apparently only people who take the extra steps of publishing their screenshot online should be able to report their bugs to you. This is the night everything is going wrong.
