Continuous heal or heal block
Not sure which one bugged, whenever character got healing block those continuous healing cant be applied but if cont heal was on and heal block applied the said buff ain't gone.
Other possible bug: after the latest update bobba fett challange, both boba and challange droid apparently completely 100% immune to debuff
