Account ban - need help.

So I had a family member help me with some basics while we were in the hospital delivering our child. When we returned home I tried to log in and it said my account was banned. I do not know what this person did. I have sent messages to a few people and haven’t got a response. Anyone know who I can reach out to? I have probably over a thousand invested in my account and would like it back if at all possible
