I accidentally overwrote my account when I changed my phone and then I began writing tickets to EA to recover my lost content.. at first they told me that it can’t be done…. The second time they told me that I need to make a new account and they would overwrite my old content onto the new one…. Then came the real problem… to sent them proof of purchase on my old account…
The first time I sent them screenshots of my invoices (from gmail) from my phone… they weren’t good.
The second time I sent them the invoices saved to pdf from mail on my pc…. They weren’t good either….
Did any of you encounter this problem? If yes, plss tell me how you managed it.

It was linked to my iOS account… but yes … it was linked to an account
From my knowledge you cannot overwrite that and you should be able to log into that account on the new device, and access the game. Unless it's possible you didnt link it.
