It is annoying to wait Ai go 10+ turns when you are trying to do a feat in galactic challenge, conquest etc

A change like this, while sounding simple, is not. The system is built to have no UI control when it's not your turn, changing that is not a simple task, and unfortunately not likely yo happen.
