Maybe the whales could with the shard shop I think...

Even with shard shop I've bought every time I've seen him and only got like 8 shards. It might be possible but I don't think so. I think closest would be about 1/2 way to 6* right now. It's just really really hard to get shards for him. I just recently got him to 5*.

I'm still 7 shards for 5*, haha, I hope someday see the full potential of 7* Vader.
