How to get a banned account back?

I was not justly banned when I went on vacation. Perhaps Capital Games thought that my account was stolen, but this is not the case. What should I do?

    You can reach out to CG_LucifersDaddy in a direct message on the Forum. He is the only one that deals with banned accounts.
