Was wondering if anyone else is having issues with this? I have the requirements, but it says I only have 2/3 of the requirements and won't let me enter battle.

Can close this, seems they are aware of the bug and working on it.

in case anyone is wondering, the Chimera mission now only lets you in if you have Executor.

That explains how the mistake was made. They must have wanted to change things to allow use of the Executor in addition to the other ships, but slipped up making it a requirement.
