R8 materials not being returned

Hi peeps, wondering if anybody else didn't get their R8 materials back as part of the character nerf. In had a R8 JLK and GAS but didnt get the materials returned and am getting nowhere with the help/support options. Any advice appreciated

In contact with EA help about this but 3 weeks later not had materials back yet. Hoping they can resolve
