Are RC shards via Conquest Shipment available only for crystals?

I'm back again with RC shards topic

According to April's Road Ahead, RC shards should be available via Conquest Shipment for Conquest Currency:

Several months later a third new unit will be introduced in Conquest and that first unit (Razor Crest in this case) will:
Leave End of Event Prizing
Stay on Node Merchants (Wandering Scavenger)
Get added to Conquest Shipments for Crystals and Conquest Currency

However, I see them only for Crystals.

In Conquest 7 Known Issue it states that:

Razor Crest was missing from Conquest Shipments and was list on the Wandering Scavenger for Crystals instead

So it got me thinking - has anyone see RC available for Conquest Currency, or it's only for Crystals?

EDIT: I'm not asking about Jawas/Merchants/Scavengers. I know I can buy RC shards for conquest currency there

Funny, my Jawas have it only for currency - 400 for 5 shards.

I'm not asking about Jawas but Conquest Shipment (last tab in Shipments) last time people answered with that as well. The Jawas are not subject of my question at all. I just want to know if these are only available for Crystas in Shipments

Ah sorry... I do have it for both crystals and currency in my Conquest Store.

Really? Thats great - i guess it appears randomly then! How much with Conquest currency?

Ah, crumbs... I need 21 blueprints. Now I wish I'd gotten just one more during the Chase...... That last one is going to be very expensive.

Yeah I was asking if hes ij there for Conquest Currency as well. Havent seen that but @PeachyPeachSWGOH said is there
