Here is the kit idea for Imperial Commander Crosshair, or CT-9904. This version of Crosshair reflecting his character during the Bad Batch, when he was part of the Empire.

Unit Name: CT-9904 "Crosshair" Tags: Dark Side, Attacker (TAC), Leader, Empire, Clone Trooper, Imperial Trooper Description: Deadly Empire Attacker who becomes stronger the longer the battle goes on. Relic: 773 Firepuncher Sniper Rifle
Basic: Calculating Shot (Omega):
Deal special damage to target enemy and inflict Target Lock for 2 turns. If the target already had Target Locked, Crosshair gains +5% Offense.
Special: Loyalty to the Empire (Cooldown 3) (Omega):
Dispel all debuffs on Imperial Trooper allies and call them to assist. For each Critical Hit scored, inflict a Damage Over Time effect on all enemies.
Special: Reflected Firepower (Cooldown 5) (Zeta):
Dispel all effects on target enemy and deal 30%40% more damage for each effect dispelled. Then, deal true damage to all enemies. Enemies defeated by this attack cannot be revived. Cooldown reduced to 4 instead of 5.
Leader: Elite Imperial Squad (Zeta):
Clone Trooper and Imperial Trooper allies have +20 Speed and +25% Offense. Whenever a Clone Trooper ally or Imperial Trooper ally gains bonus Turn Meter, they recover 10% Protection.
Whenever an enemy is inflicted with Target Locked, they have a 50%100% chance to dispel their buffs, which cannot be resisted. Whenever an enemy is inflicted with Burning, all Imperial Trooper allies recover 10% Health.
Whenever an enemy is defeated, all Imperial Trooper allies reduce their cooldowns by 2 and gain 30% Turn Meter.
Unique: Left Behind (Omega):
Crosshair has +25% Critical Chance and +25% Critical Damage. Additionally, Target Locked enemies cannot evade Crosshair's attacks. Whenever Crosshair scores a Critical Hit, he recovers 10% Health and Protection.
Whenever any unit is defeated, Crosshair gains +15% Turn Meter, doubled if they were Bad Batch.
