Why is there yet another First Order GC?

@CG_Doja_Fett_MINI Why is there yet another FO GC? We just had one and I have been waiting to get to use my REY in a RESISTANCE GC. Any reason why? Rey / Resistance does not even have an Assault Battle of her own.

Here's a suggestion: Add Resistance to Secrets and Shadows and start having Resistance GCs as often as these FO GCs because it is only fair.

There is no real attempt to make an equal number of events for each faction. Part of this is based on wanting players to develop into situations.
