GAC Fleet Arena Feat Outdated

Winning 10 Fleet battles without calling reinforcements was an interesting feat when battling Malevolence vs. Negotiator. But now with all those Executors out there, I think this feat is out of date. It is nearly impossible without cooperation in the shard or some lonely "weak" Negotiator with right RnG
