Need Help!, Maxed Conquest but received 2nd place rewards

So I went to collect my conquest rewards today and unlock maul to find 2nd place rewards in my inbox. I checked before the event ended to ensure i was at max and even took a screen shot of it. Somethings isn't right here and I'd like to get this fixed.

Try opening a support ticket. Hopefully crumb or Doja can get you help here because EA support is absolutely awful

Please go through the in game help button to open a ticket. Ea Help should be able to resolve your issue.

You can also message CG_Doja_FettMINI with that open ticket number and he may be able to help, if it is needed.
