Did they actually fix fleet reinforcement order

So I noticed today during a couple arena battles that my fleet reinforcements actually were called in the order that they were placed.

Switched around and sure enough whatever I placed in spot1 was called first.

Anyone confirm?

Not fixed because it wasn't broken. The AI algorithm will consider certain battlefield conditions when selecting a reinforcement and is permitted to override your placement order.

The most common override is to bring in taunt capable ships.
