I don't have the best account, don't even get to top #20 arena and I don't know how to join a guild. Hope this helps!

I think so far, the closest to that is possibly one of the Krakens maybe, closest to level 80, hard to say who that is though...

I'm waiting with guilds until new update comes out and we see how they form guilds in the game.
Depending on their plan with raids and stuff there can be a limit of characters in each guild and maybe also diffrent on diffrent servers, so pointless to rush and join one now.
