Zeta for ships
Do zetas help ships at all besides GP. Meaning do any stats increase?

For future reference, a way to tell what counts and what doesn't is to check the ship's Crew Power in its stat sheet before and after you improve the character somehow. If that number went up, the thing affected it.
Off the top of my head, just about the only thing that doesn't affect Crew Power is bringing a mod from 6E to 6A (going from 5A to 6E does, however).
