Banned Months Ago - No email, no reply

Still trying to find out what happened to my account. Ea support directs me to message a CM. CM has not replied after many messages over almost a YEAR. Anyone have any insight on what I can do? There should have been no reason for the ban unless someone else had access to my account that I didnt know about. Really frustrating after all the spending Ive done.
