Is GAC currently running?

I never saw join on either account and now I’m having people tell me there was only a one hour join period. If I missed it I’m gonna be really unhappy. If this is where they moved the rewards from character arena to why do we have to join??!!

I see "event already in progress" in-game as well. I think this may be part of a larger GAC bug? I was promoted from Chromium 1 to Aurodium 3 at rank "#-56,455" and received rewards and a title as if I had been in Bronzium 1.

I got two if these messages about 1 hour before my PO.At PO I got my crystals though.

My GAC screen also shows the "Event already in progress"

It says the review period is 4 more days (despite not being able to review), so I figure the "event in progress" is the one we just played. But I did get a bit of a scare myself when I saw that.
